About your new role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and ship LLM-powered features from ideation to live in weeks.
Architect and build advanced LLM workflows and agentic systems - multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and execution flows.
Select and evaluate the right models and inference infrastructure for the task, balancing cost, latency, quality, and safety.
Develop reusable AI building blocks (e.g., sophisticated RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, model adapters) that scale across products and teams.
Champion automated evaluations, human-in-the-loop checks, and continuous feedback loops to ensure quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
Serve as a technical mentor - run office hours, reviews, and workshops to level up GenAI skills across idealo.
