Your Role

In this role, you will shape the data strategy, architecture, and platform vision, while building and mentoring a high-performing team of data professionals.

You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, AI, and platform strategy, enabling scalable, reliable, and business-driven data solutions across the organization.

Your Tasks

Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Tracking Specialists

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture

• Own team planning, priorities, and technical development

Data Platform & Architecture

• Oversee development of our modern data platform, pipelines, and tracking infrastructure

• Ensure scalable, reliable, well-governed data systems

• Drive adoption of a centralized data platform across the organization

Data Strategy

• Define and execute the global Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals

• Champion AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, and data standardization

• Enable self-service analytics and data democratization

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Business teams to translate needs into solutions

• Lead cross-functional data initiatives and roadmap execution

• Align stakeholders in a federated data ownership model

Your Profile

• 8+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform leadership

• Proven experience mentoring and growing technical teams

• Expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, AWS (Fivetran, Prefect, Terraform a plus)

• Strong Enterprise Data Architecture and System Integration background

• Hands-on cloud infrastructure and Data/DevOps knowledge

• Data Governance and compliance understanding

• Track record designing scalable, maintainable data systems

Nice to have: Data Mesh experience, AI/ML workflows, real-time architectures, DataOps, distributed systems.
